About Us

Supply & Demand Consultancy was established in 2003 by Kay Newland and Fiona Rhodes.

We specialise in providing daily supply, short term, long term, and permanent teachers and support staff to schools and Alternative Provisions in and around the London Boroughs.

The past 10 years have seen Supply & Demand transition into working with Learners who are currently out of school due to their school placement breaking down or waiting for a suitable school placement in a specialist setting to meet the Learners needs. We provide interim 1:1 specialist education support by our qualified teachers to enable students to achieve success on their learning journey.

We put relationship building, interest led learning and social, emotional and academic focusses at the forefront of what we do. We understand the importance of building a trusting professional relationship in order for young people to flourish and prepare for adulthood.

We pride ourselves on matching staff to students through skill, experience and interests. Our team has in-depth knowledge of a broad range of conditions and in addition, can support anxiety and complex mental health issues.
