Supply & Demand Consultancy was founded in May 2003 by Kay Smith and Fiona Rhodes to provide a local personal supply service to schools and teachers.

Both directors have pooled their knowledge and understanding of running a business and dealing with clients.

Kay Smith has worked within the Child Care & Education sector for the past 14 years and Fiona Rhodes within business management and accounts for the past 20 years.

With both Kay & Fiona being parents themselves they understand the importance of supplying the right teachers for the right schools. Supply & Demand as an agency is committed to the welfare of everyone in the education community, starting with the children.
